The day after Thanksgiving, don't beat yourself up for over-indulging

The natural tendency the Friday after Thanksgiving is to feel quilty for that second slice of pumpkin pie. As it is only once a year, don’t fret. But, get back on some form of exercise routine right away and eat lightly for several days. Plenty of vegetable and maybe even a plate of fresh oysters can do the trick.
